Homeless in Patong
It wasn't exactly what we had planned, far from it. To be stuck-suitcases in hand in one of the most beautiful resorts in the Pearl of the Andamans AKA Phuket, Thailand. But if it hadn't been for George's pig headedness we wouldn't be in this situation now. We had originally planned to stay at a such and such hotel in Patong for a week's relaxing holiday. It was a package deal and all was booked. I won't mention the name of the hotel since I don't really intend to damn them. You'll see why in a minute.
So all was booked, the flight was great and the transfer went so so smoothly to our final destination. OK so the hotel wasn't that great and it didn't look much like the hotel we'd seen in the brochure, but what did we really expect for a bucket shop bargain basement deal flown in by Mr. Biman Bangladesh?
