However, when flying into the city, many tourists are serviced at the Treviso Airport instead of Venice's main airport. Treviso is a town that sits about 20kms from Venice.
Treviso's airport is only a few kilometres to the southwest of the city. It is often referred to as Venice-Treviso Airport, although its official name is Treviso Sant Angelo Airport.
